nice work. I'd suggest feathering up the hair a bit more with like a 2 px smudge brush to make it more piece-y (particularly the strand across her face), but that may just be a matter of opinion. It is a damp-looking scene, so I imagine the hair *would* clump some, but it's also blowing about in a breeze, so I think you'd see some wispy strays. :)
